Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
 

• Cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

• Cancellations made between 8 and 4 weeks before the start of the retreat will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid. 

 

• Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the retreat are non-refundable, as by that time, most of our preparations and bookings are finalized.
